You are the life blood of our business and we feel that as you have chosen us to make your life easier, we will strive in every way to achieve this.
This means that if in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase we will do everything reasonably possible to fix it. eg if you purchase a bed and your mattress is not as comfortable as you first thought (we believe until you sleep on a mattress you will never know), we will exchange it for you free of charge within the first 7 nights, if you purchase a chair and again in the unlightly event it needs to go in for repair, we will leave you with a loan chair, you are the customer and the least you deserve is peace of mind.
